2025/26 Season Ticketing Application Process

Effective Date: June 2025

Policy

All ticket applications will be completed via free ballot application through the website, available to all paid members (full and ticketing only).

A ticketing calendar will be published for each month, making it clear when games will go live for application and the windows of time for submitting application, ballot completion, top 20 confirmation, ticketing confirmation, deposit payment, final payment, and when the fan can expect to receive their ticket.

All games will be made available on a phased basis. This means that only a few games will be available for application at a time before new games are dropped on the website. Fans can gather this information from the ticketing calendar or by staying current with updates on the website and social media.

To ensure equitable application for games, fans will be prioritized for only 1 game per season. This means that if a fan wins a ballot, they will no longer be eligible to win another ballot for that season. Fans that have won a ballot previously are still welcome to apply for future games where they will be placed on waitlist in the unlikely event that the ballot-winning members are no longer available to attend.

Important note: If fans choose not to attend the game at any point after ticketing confirmation, they will be refused access to future games and risk having their membership to Arsenal Canada and Arsenal FC revoked without refund. We strongly encourage fans (as has always been the case) to only apply for games that they can realistically attend.

Some games, particularly cup matches, have a tight turnaround on applications and deposit payment. Please ensure you have arsenalcanadasc@gmail.com, arsenalcanada.members@gmail.com and Arsenal Canada arsenalcanadasc.gmail.com@ilbwyu.sqspmail.com all flagged as safe email addresses and check your junk folders. You can also drag emails from the junk/promotional folder into your inbox and most email services will prompt you to flag them as safe for future. Arsenal Canada can accept no responsibility for fans who did not respond to ticketing information because emails were flagged as spam or junk.

Why are we making this change

Arsenal Canada has grown dramatically over the last few years. In keeping with this growth, we wanted to ensure a system that is as equitable as possible to our growing membership base while also simplifying the application process for all members through tools like the ticketing calendar. The new system for 2025/26 will meet both these goals and be both more operationally effective for the Arsenal Canada volunteers and align more closely with the systems used at major international Supporters Clubs.
