Started in 2005 and incorporated as an NPO in 2023, Arsenal Canada is the official overseas supporters club for Arsenal FC in Canada. The club is fully run by volunteers including our Board of Directors. The Chairperson meets regularly with the club to ensure we are compliant with club standards and that the voices of Canadian fans are heard by the club. Within Canada there are several branches affiliated with Arsenal Canada where fans can meet to watch games together.

Memberships are valid until May 31, 2026, and the price remains the same regardless of when you join during the season. For instance, if you join in February, your membership will still expire on May 31st of that same year.
Please note that memberships do not automatically renew. Each new season, members must visit the Arsenal Canada website to purchase a new membership.
-
Arsenal Canada is an overseas supporters club which has several perks including being a recognized membership of the club but is NOT a direct club membership. You do not need a Red membership to be an Arsenal Canada member.
For more information on the Red membership visit: https://www.arsenal.com/membership/red -
We do not provide membership ID numbers for Arsenal Canada memberships. We use your account created on our website with your email address to identify paid membership.
-
We cannot offer refunds for Full or Ticketing Only memberships under any circumstances. Please purchase a paid membership only if you are 100% certain of your decision.
General Information:
-
Arsenal Canada strictly follows a ballot process for all tournaments including Premier League, Champions League, cup matches at the Emirates stadium. All ticket applications will be submitted through a free ballot system on our website. This is open to all paid members— both Full and Ticketing members
-
Once the deadline passes, after review, we run all the applicants through a random ballot and submit the top 20 selections to the club for tickets. We typically hear within a week from the club and we will notify all members at that time whether they have been successful or not in their application.
-
If the club confirms a ticket for you, we’ll email you with the details. You’ll then need to pay a deposit within 48 hoursto secure your spot. (Note: Cup games may have a tighter turnaround.)
-
You’ll still receive an email letting you know. No deposit will be required.
-
During the week of the match, we’ll send you an email with the final payment amount (minus your deposit). Once paid, your digital ticket will be released to you — the Emirates is now a digital-only stadium.
Please note that the Emirates Stadium is now digital-only, requiring Apple or Google Wallet for entry. If you don't have access to these apps, you'll need to make special arrangements with Arsenal Canada.
-
We’ll announce new match applications on our website, email, and socials. Make sure you’re keeping an eye on all channels.
-
To keep things fair, members can only win a ballot for one game per season. If you’ve already won a ticket, you’re still welcome to apply for future games — but you'll be placed on a waitlist, in case other members can no longer attend.
-
If you choose not to attend after ticket confirmation then in the event the ticket cannot be reallocated you must pay the full price of the ticket. We expect fans only to apply for games they are serious about attending. Fans who abuse the ballot system run the risk of being barred from future games and losing their Arsenal Canada and Arsenal Red memberships. No refunds will be issued. Please only apply for games you are confident you can realistically attend.
-
Yes! You can apply for a group of up to 4 tickets to the same match. Everyone applying must be a paid member of Arsenal Canada. When you submit your ballot, you should include all the names of the persons in your group. Each member of the group is entitled to one ballot entry per game so everyone should apply and include the names of the group to maximize your chances of being drawn. If one member of the group is drawn, then all group members will receive tickets (provided the allocation from the club is sufficient). If your group is drawn, we are generally able to ensure you get seats together.

Always check your junk/spam folders — we can’t take responsibility if a member misses communication because of a spam filter.

We’ve grown a lot — and fast! This updated process:
Makes applications more fair for all members
Helps our volunteer team manage requests more easily
Aligns us with international best practices for supporters clubs
-
Prices depend on seat location and game category. Check the Arsenal website for rough costs, but we typically get good seats at reasonable prices.
-
Seat location varies by game since the club allocates the tickets and we can't control where they are. Generally, the seats are good! Check our social media for posts from others fans to see where they have been seated before.
-
It's impossible to provide an average number because it varies from game to game and is reliant on many factors.
-
Unfortunately, we never receive away tickets. While we would love to help, it simply is not part of the arrangement for official overseas supporters clubs
